June 19th marks this year's Father's Day! Did you know that the first observance of Father's Day took place over a century ago in Fairmont, Virginia, USA on July 5, 1908? It was organised by a Grace Golden Clayton who wanted to celebrate the lives of the 210 fathers who had been lost in the Momongah mining disaster several months earlier in Monongah, West Virgina.
